The People Analytics Specialist often collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and contribute to overall workforce planning. Here are key stakeholders who may work with the Talent Acquisition team:

Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide insights into key HR metrics such as turnover, performance, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Works with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the organization's staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with broader HR and business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to understand workforce needs and assist in developing strategic workforce plans.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to identify potential talent gaps and propose solutions to address them.
  • Identify key factors influencing employee retention and develop strategies to improve employee retention rates.
  • Provide insights into factors influencing engagement and recommend strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • To stay abreast of the latest developments in the analytics arena and provide consultancy and knowledge sharing to team members in order to develop their knowledge in digitalization, HR processes, data science, and the people analytics area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understanding of HR processes, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
