Here at Agah, we are looking for a Private Equity Specialist to perform statistical evaluations of information related to investment programs and financial data of private institutions, including business valuations.
1. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Analyze the financial or operational performance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify and recommend solutions.
- Develop feasibility studies and business plans for new projects.
- Collaborate with potential investors to attract new investments.
- Work on projects alongside other professionals
- Evaluate companies as investment opportunities for clients by assessing their facilities.
- Establish, develop and maintain client relationships and provide them with advice, if necessary, regarding funding, scheduling, etc.
- applying financial models in analyzing the financial performance of companies and impact of taken actions and providing an accurate view of the future financial situation.
- Monitor key economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzing information.
